Refund policy

At Vickasous Flavor House, we take pride in delivering high-quality seasoning blends. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policies to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining food safety standards.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Unopened Products: We accept returns on unopened, unused seasoning products within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and in excellent condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Opened Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used seasoning products.

2. Refunds & Replacements

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any of the following issues, we'll work with you to make it right:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business days with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, let us know within 7 business days and we'll correct the mistake at not cost to you.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

  • Custom Spice Blends: Because custom blends are made to order, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Sale or Clearance Items: All discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund:

If you need to initiate a return or report an issue with your order: 

  • Email us at info@vickasousfh.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  • If eligible for a return, we'll provide shipping instruction.
